
Siberian Training
Daily training connects me with immersions of the past and those of the future. My body loves effort. Through effort, I reach the beauty of vast and wild territories, which soothe the eyes and nourish the soul. Training almost every day, I enjoy sharing this experience with others.
Come and prepare your body and mind for expeditions on foot, on skis, or by canoe in the Taiga and the Tundra… as well as for everyday life.
bodyweight exercises – cold water baths – pulling pulka and tires – running – breathing exercices
The goal is to develop strength, flexibility, endurance, agility, and adaptation to extreme conditions.
Individual training in the wilderness
After the training we can drink a tea together and talk :)
