"July 27, 2025,
The sun warms the Taiga. All is gentleness and tranquility. The light on the bark of the trees, the birds playing, the water flowing and caressing the stones, the willows dancing in the gentle breeze.
I am naked, lying on the pebbles heated by the sun that never sets. A meter from my feet flows the Nyaiss River, from the peaks of the pre-polar Urals to the Arctic Sea. The wind chases away the mosquitoes, my eyes are half-open, and I surrender to life. I am motionless, completely paralyzed by the sweetness of this moment. The skin of my stomach is taut, my belly full after several days of fasting and of intense effort. In the Taiga, nothing lasts; every day everything transforms. In this wonderful surrender, I no longer feel the boundary between my body, the pebbles, the river, and the immensity of the Siberian Taiga. I am no longer "me," I am a tiny part of the great Whole."
It is in the solitude of the vast wilderness that I feel such a strong desire to share what resonates within me: a profound love for free life in the Taiga and the Tundra.
Since 2012, by immersing myself in Nature, alone or with others, I have been trying to relearn how to live in the wild North.
I draw inspiration from those who live and lived in the Far North, the indigenous peoples of Siberia, Lapland, and North America.
Writing, documentaries, and immersive experiences allow me to share and connect with others. This blog is a bridge between the civilized world and wild adventure.
Thank you for your curiosity and for exploring those pages.
