Siberian Training
Daily training connects me with the immersions of the past and those yet to come. My body enjoys effort. Through effort, I reach the beauty of vast and wild territories that calm the eyes and nourish the soul. Training almost every day, I enjoy sharing this experience with others.
Come prepare your body and your mind for expeditions on foot, on skis or by canoe in the Taiga and the Tundra… as well as for everyday life.
bodyweight exercises – cold water immersion – pulka and tire pulling – running – breathing exercises
The goal is to develop strength, flexibility, endurance, agility and adaptation to extreme conditions.
Individual training in nature
After training we can drink tea together and talk :)
